The Pat O'Brien voicemail tapes first aired on the Opie and Anthony show UNEDITED, and a loyal fan put together this animation, which keeps track of all the various phrases Pat uses during his drunken calls to this young lady.

Don't know who Pat is? He currently hosts The Insider on CBS and was previously a host on CBS shows such as Entertainment Tonight and Access Hollywood
