Howard Dean: 'This is a Republican Scandal'
http://www.cnsnews.com/news/viewstory.asp?Page=%5CPolitics%5Carchive%5C200601%5CPOL20060109a.html

(CNSNews.com) - Republican claims to the contrary, Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean says no Democrat lawmakers took money from lobbyist Jack Abramoff -- "not one, not one single Democrat."

Dean, speaking Sunday on CNN's Late Edition, said every person named in the Abramoff payola scandal -- and every person under investigation and/or indicted -- is a Republican.

"This is a Republican finance scandal. There is no evidence that Jack Abramoff ever gave any Democrat any money and we've looked through all of the F.E.C. reports to make sure that's true," Dean said.

He said Republicans are scared - and should be: "They haven't told the truth. They have misled the American people, and now it appears they're stealing from Indian tribes. The Democrats are not involved in this," Dean insisted.

Keep hitting them with their own stick, Howard! :yourock:

4. The BEST part about that interview yesterday.....
....was Blitzer's reaction when Dean would not implicate fellow democrats in the scandal. Blitzer looked into the camera for a long couple of seconds, then heaved a clearly frustrated sigh and moved on. DH and I doubled over laughing.

6. Keep it rolling! The pubs are crooks. The pubs are liars. The
pubs are fiscally irresponsible. The pubs are killers.

I am really starting to feel guilty about feeling good about this. Anyone know a good therapist?

10. Go Howard Dean!
He has said the truth, in soundbites that even the sheeple have to hear. We are on the attack, and need to keep up the pressure. It should get easier as more and more repukes are implicated in the scandal.

14. God, I love this man
No offense to Senator Kerry, but Howard really should have been our candidate in 2004, IMO. He doesn't mince words and gets right to the point. BRAVO, DR. DEAN!!!
