Alito: "First and Foremost"
I just heard Alito say: "That the 'first and foremost' obligation of the President is to uphold the Constitution of the United States".

Hmmmm Mr. Alito, care to explain the "Patriot Act"? Or for that matter, the "Controlled Substance Act", or Rico, etc, etc?

I am sorry everybody. But this is a sore spot for me with respect to our Constitution Vs the reality we have to live in.

1. A sore spot with Feingold as well
since he knows Bush is outright disregarding the constitution. In fact running it over with a semi truck.

2. Everywhere I look is a sore spot..
it's getting to that 'take a break' time again. The cunning deceit, rankles me more with each sordid saga of corruption, greed and sick testosterone bravado. :puke:
