and you know what I love about these Alito hearings? They are allowing a very HUGE stage for the Democrats to hit all the high points of their issues about Bush regime. Everyone knows this is going to be 90% likelihood he makes it through. So...they can build up the drama and use it as a bully pulpit to get their points across about Bush's negative legacy thus far.
