2. The headline implies a BAN will be placed on protests
The article merely mentions the protests will be pushed back a few hundred feet for 30 min. before and after the funeral.


That's a ban?

4. Yes, a weak ban.
A complete ban would likely not pass constitutional muster. But if they can herd us into "free speech zones" for the boy king, this should pass too.
