A polite request on postings about the Alito hearings ...

I know this may come as a shock to some of you, but some posters on this site, myself included, do NOT have audio/video access to the confirmation hearings.

Needless to say, there is nothing more bloody annoying that people starting threads that run along the lines of:

Subject: Oh my GOD! Did Biden really ask that??
Message: I can't believe he said that. {End of message}

If you are going to make a post about something that was said or happened during the proceedings, INCLUDE WHAT WAS SAID OR WHAT HAPPENED IN YOUR POST!

Have you been following our "official threads" on the hearings? Please let us know if we need to provide more information on the visual picture as well as what is being said. We try to quickly transcribe the Senator's and Alito's comments along with some "color commentary."
