Feeney Says He'll Give Away Lobbyist's $1,000

Several Republican members of Congress from Florida said last week they'd give to charity the money they received from lobbyist Jack Abramoff, who pleaded guilty to bribing members of Congress.

One was Rep. Tom Feeney, the Florida politician most closely linked to Abramoff.

According to an analysis by the Center for Responsive Politics, Feeney got $4,000 - $1,000 from Abramoff himself and $3,000 from Abramoff's Indian tribe clients.

Other Floridians received more, including Mark Foley, R-West Palm Beach, and former Rep. Peter Deutsch, D-Lauderhill.

But Feeney, a close ally of indicted former Republican majority leader Tom DeLay, one of Abramoff's chief beneficiaries, also joined other Republicans on a now-infamous golfing trip to Scotland with Abramoff in 2003, valued at more than $4,000.

In my gut, I believe this rat had something to do with the election fraud.

I'm not saying the rumor is true, but the rumor is out there.

3. LOL.....a cartoon I saw in the paper
his dry cleaner was telling him WE FOUND THESE GUYS IN YOUR POCKET - it was a bunch of mini-congressmen :D
