Lobbying is advocating for a cause.

Not necessarily involving bribery.

The problem isn't lobbying - it's corrupt Republican legislators who take bribes.

6. then what's with all
the hefty gifts, trips, and perks, when more often than not our plaintiff appeals to our representatives are met with auto generated responses. . ."thank you for contacting, though we appreciate your concerns, we receive so much mail that . . . . " blah blah blah blah blah.

I even received two sendings through snail mail of lengthy congressional records that were completely inapplicable to my initial query.

Now I can't even send to my representatives if I want to. I was never rude with them either

This is no longer a representative government. American democracy. . . won't RIP.
