Forget the fact he's supposedly got those binocs pointed up the girl's arse or the earbug (shopped or not).

Ignore all that. Look at where he's really got the binocs pointed in the original source image. Look to the highlights and shadows. The stupid knucklehead has them pointed all but right into the sun. How did he make it as far as he did in the guard without learning that most basic of lessons?

Don't place your eye behind any optical device aimed at, or near the sun unless they have been very carefully designed for that specific purpose.

We get that one hammered into us almost before we scorch our first sheet of paper or anthill. It's in every instruction manual. Every article that touches on the subject of direct viewing of the sun. "Don't do it unelss..."

I think that indicts mim far more succinctly or unarguably than anything else. This one's right uo there with don't lick the spinning beaters, or don't piss on the third rail. This guy is so clueless that he can't be trusted with round-pointed scissors, or possibly any metal utensil at all, let alone an entire nation.
