A 9/10 mentality and why I'm stickin' to it. . .
So according to my 9/10 mentality. . .

I thoroughly believe in many things. . .fairness in elections, "habeas corpus ad subjiciendum," that wars should never be based on a bogus casus belli and equally bogus intelligence (aka shear stupidity) from known extortionists (Chalabi who is now running the Ministry of Oil in Iraq even though he got scarcely few votes,) or a bozo anonymous guy named "curveball," the Geneva Conventions, transparency and accountability in government, honesty in the media, that the truth even still matters in the face of total obfuscation, the eternal resiliency of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, that government is supposed to protect the people not the corporations, that surpluses are desirable and deficits are to be avoided, that two wars and unprecedented slew of hurricanes could require some sacrifices from the wealthiest among us and not just the poorest, Hammarabi's Code, that the defenders of corporations and "unitary executives" should never be given lifetime appointments, that the rule of law is a noble parameter for behavior, or that we should never suffer more injustices under the current regime than the colonists did under King George.

For some strange reason, I spend a good deal of time on July 4, 2003 rereading and amending the Declaration of Independence for current times. I dissected it line by line and it amazed me how similar the complaints of the Colonists against King George, paralleled almost identically the gripes of all progressive true souls about the most incurious George Dubious. Maybe I'll post that amended version for upcoming 230 anniversary of it's signing. Though scholars have told me that all signatures did not appear on that parchment until late August of 1776. Guess horseback was slightly slower than e-mail. Other scholars have insisted that our nation was really formed on November 15, 1777, when the Articles of Confederation were signed. Go figure.

Stupid media who persist in acting as though we have a legitimately elected administration, also repeatedly says incessantly, "Dems have no plan," Well gee, I wonder why? Not that I have any faith in a two party dualistic system, but, they have no power whatsoever, because they don't own the voting technology nor the media. It is nothing more than a humongously insane ruse. A two party system doesn't work. It's so-o-o like a faux competition like Burger King & McDonalds, or Pepsi & Coke. Intractable gridlock was the only result of two party system, though there was at least, some compromise until checks and balances were completely nuked in coup of late '00. Eight tricks and soon more will soon solve. I promise. I have always been non partisan and dreamed of 12 parties. Silly me.

Pm me if you want details.

Have a nice day.

2. When gov is noble, the people are served
I am not simply being naive believing that our gov was at one time noble, am I? Did our representatives at one time show respect for the people and their colleagues? Or are such things myths, perpetuated through history class... the myth of a noble democracy?

inherently corrupt but it has never before been so blatant and successful in coopting the three branches of government and the media. I'm quite sure that the souls who wrote our constitution were human beings though flawed. They had ideals of fairness that are far beyond those now in power. This Alito thing is just another nail in the coffin.

The founders were no where near as flawed as the criminals who have overtaken our government now through sleazy and illegitamate means who consider themselves to be far above the laws long established. They have no concern for the future or our kids.

We need yet another revolution soon. IMHO
