Some used to say he wasn't that bad. Some DUers pointed out he was pro choice. Oh, Yeah? He led everyone to believe he was on our side and then worked with the gang of 14 to block the filibuster. He didn't just vote yes, he led the effort to quash the filibuster.Defend him NOW. I dare you! Give one reason why we shouldn't support his opponent

6. Puleeez!
Lieberman knows that democratic voters have short memories. So short that he can count on it and he knows there is only one other option for them. Pretty convenient don't you think?
Incumbents get the big bucks from the party too so that they can "stay incumbent".

9. I admit that I used to defend him
and Landrieu and even Miller and Breaux when they were still in the Senate. And I could still forgive bad votes on legislation- but not on the Court. It was hard enough to stomach our party's votes for Scalia back in the day, but I did let that slide because it only created the very vocal minority of 2 or 3.

But no more. This vote handed the Corporatists a majority on the Court for the next couple of generations, and sets the stage for them to undo any "damage" that a future Democratic Congress could legislate.

I will be donating to his opponent, as well as Cantwell's and any other primary challenger the supposed Dems have. And I'll certainly not try to convince you otherwise.
