It's time to channel our opposition toward the Republican Party and....
...away from George Bush specifically. No doubt, he is the big turd in the outhouse, but his time is winding down. He has been successful in directing all the criticism toward himself, as his incompetent Republican allies in the House and Senate slipped under the radar. But it is they that must be held accountable in the end. It will not do us nor the country any good if this Party is still in power after Junior is gone. It's time to start putting Junior on the back burner and directing our efforts toward defeating those Republicans in the House and Senate. It will not be easy to do but we must.

2. It's easy. We demand to know why the Repos won't Impeach. We
turn Impeachment into a campaign issue.

5. Bush and the Republicans are on the defensive
Dont let up.

Turn the debate in your favor by requesting that they answer these four questions.

1) What is economic justice?

2) What are the proper goals of a good economic system?

3) What is the reality of wealth, poverty, and class distinction in this country?

4) How do we get from this reality to something close to justice?

Ask them of you democratic representives as well. Hold them to their answers the next time a bakruptsy bill come up or they offer to "reform welfare as we know it".

8. Campaign training seminars by DFA and Camp Wellstone are useful
for getting the tools to work for a candidate.

" Camp Wellstone is a weekend-long training program that provides hands-on, practical training in grassroots politics to citizen activists, campaign workers, and people interested in running for office.

http://www.wellstone.org/camp/schedule.aspx

Local and national experts on campaign management, field organizing, communications, and grassroots advocacy, and organization building will be on-hand to instruct and work with you one-on-one to develop the skills needed to take our country back.

This is no social get together; the training is an intensive two-day series of sessions and workshops geared toward your particular political landscape. We develop the program so you can go out and actually use the skills you learn as soon as you get home. We follow up with you to make sure you have the support you need in your communities.
