Oh, I see. But selling six major ports to a country that continues to recognize the Taliban as the legitimate government of Afghanistan is NOT a security problem.

Actually, he is just floating the "security risk" line for his humvee and 4 ton pick up driving base to get this into their skulls without having them going completely bananas on him.

Remember - repetition repetition repetition. Pretty soon his base will mumbling this when they get up in the morning and start selling their gas guzzling ICE's.
