Harris caught in fallout from bribery scandal

Senate run, U.S. Rep. Katherine Harris is having to answer questions about a California defense contractor who prosecutors say illegally funneled thousands of dollars to her campaign in 2004.

Harris became a hero to Republicans when she oversaw the disputed 2000 ballot count that gave George W. Bush a crucial 537-vote victory in Florida. She was elected to Congress in 2002 and re-elected in 2004.

After getting the money Harris voted for the MZM (Duke Cunningham's fav company)
project ...... Sounds more like a bribe campaign contributions.

a negative 16,000 votes for Gore after ABC, CBS, & NBC all had called the race for Gore.

11. Good, that bitch needs to be thrown out of power
and any old excuse will do it, legitimate or not. She's done enough damage to the people of Florida and they're going to have to fumigate the whole state once she and Jebbie are gone to some state that's nutty enough to welcome them, maybe Texas or Alabama (although I'm not sure about Texas, it's waking up slowly).

I don't care HOW they get rid of her as long as she's GONE.

That sounds very awkward. How about Katherine Harris is answering questions? If the writer wants to convey that she is not doing so willingly, there are other ways to word it. This is the standard for AP writers?

While there are many indian tribes residing in Florida, none of them support Harris. However the two that do are the same two Abramoff clients who have no tribal connections in Florida or any tribal affiliations. How odd, no?:)

I've been trying to get this message out since yesterday. I've had 2 replies, one that says they will attend.
