Blackwell's use of 'Patriot Pastor' Parsley's luxury jet revealed.
http://www.dispatch.com/news/news.php?story=dispatch/2006/03/11/20060311-C3-00.html

In conjunction with the IRS investigation of political activities of Ohio TV Preacher and so-called "Patriot Pastor" Rod Parsley in support of Ohio SOS and gubernatorial candidate Ken Blackwell, The Columbus Dispatch has revealed that Blackwell made use of Parsley's luxury jet on at least three occasions.

Parsley's jet-- a Hawker Siddeley 125-- is a long-range executive aircraft which features a stretched fuselage offering main cabin luxury seating for eight, or up to 14 in a high density configuration. Other features include RollsRoyce Viper 601-22 turbojets engines, lengthened vertical tail and ventral fin and a fuel tank in the extended dorsal fin.

According to the Dispatch, Blackwell used the aircraft to fly to "Anti- gay marriage events" in the 2004 election year. Blackwell was Co-Chairman of the Bush/Cheney 2004 Ohio campaign at the time.

Parsley has denied that he uses the resources of his Ohio mega-church for political purposes.

12. I want Blackwell to get the nomination because I know can smear Blackwell
Uncle Tom Blackwell, the other white meat

Black owned businesses love my dirty dog smear flyers, the more derogatory the better. Believe it or not they hang them on the walls of their businesses. I target barber and beauty shops because they are a natural.

6. And his clueless flock continue to tithe their hard-earned money
so as to keep their holy shaman in the style to which he has become accustomed -- a lifestyle grander than they themselves will ever see.

Guess they don't take the Bible too literally, as they obviously think their man can perform the miracle of shoving camels through eyes of needles.

Bah to clueless flocks.

11. They're the real loosers...and ...Oh yeah...THE WORLD's POOR!
The difference between the cost of coach tickets for Blackwell and Parsley's high rollers could--God forbid-- have been used for Jesus' works in a legitimate ministry.

:grr:

13. Parsley may deny his political activity
Edited on Sat Mar-11-06 11:57 AM by chaumont58
but, if he isn't being political, he has Paul Crouch fooled. After the election of 2004, Crouch(owner, operator of religous channel, Trinity Broadcasting System) told his audience that Parsley had a lot to do with Bush carrying Ohio. I'm sure Parsley did it all with silent prayer.
