email myth about dems and social security that I received

from a niece, and a repug I know. I checked it on snopes and of course the email is full of half truths and lies. I wonder if there is some repug think tank that sits around and thinks this shit up, and then sends it out on the internet.

2. So did you do a reply all with the snopes info

in the email? That's what I do whenever I get one of these catapulting propaganda pieces. And I request that the recipients keep sending the truth up the trail.

4. Did she just send it to you are others included in the cc:?

If the emails of others were included then I would do a "Respond to All" so that
1) she will realize it is not a good idea to send that type of email to you
2) that if she does she better make sure she has her facts straight
3) it will embarrass her that she was put in her place with all of the other recipients as a witness
