Very strange bumper sticker - has anyone else seen this?
Driving home yesterday I saw a bumper sticker that said: "REPENT, Register Republican"

No, I am not kidding. First time I saw this type of bumper sticker, so blatant in its message.

Are there others out there?

Sighted in San Antonio TX May 22nd, 2006.

What's next?

8. Found this
http://www.petersvoice.com/mallon1.htm

From the site above: Yesterday I saw a bumper sticker that said 'Repent! Register Republican' and it made me laugh because years ago I had done just that. In the Boston area, where I grew up, we didn't have 'Yeller Dawg' Democrats like in Oklahoma, where I presently live, we had 'Kennedy Democrats.' The Irish Catholics had to fight and struggle for acceptance.......

And yes, it said REPENT, Register Republican.

Now, I know I am trapped behind enemy lines down here, a Yankee in Texas, but this has really forced me to finally accept what many have been saying. These REPUGS actually want a theocratic state.

Now I will support a DEM, not a green or any other independent because I know that the first order is to get rid of these repugs and everything they stand for. Then get actual liberals into power.

9. When I was living in Oklahoma, I saw a huge billboard saying the same
Ignorant pseudo-Christians think that God is an anti-poor, pro-war, pro-rich, compassionless, unforgiving Republican.

11. I haven't seen any, but here in Georgia
there are constantly LTTE's stating that God is a Republican, and Democrats are in league with Satan. Hence the need for repentance....
