Jpeg/gif --- bulletin board

I just emailed DU with the following idea.

How about creating a file or page for DU'ers to drop off and pick up jpegs/gifs for general use. I know we can lift them from each other but that is stealing. I am sure that some of us would be pleased to have others take our jpegs/gifs and use them.

You could also create a page for use as a bulletin board keeping any small jpeg/gif we wanted to drop off for say 14 days for viewing.

I would be interested in seeing a collection of artwork or clip-work for a candidate, say Feingold, or a collection of jpeg/gifs on a subject.

the storage and bandwidth would cost quite a bit, don't know if DU could swing it.
