Cheney's Requirements For His Down Time?
Did anyone get that list of the requirements that Cheney requires during his "down time". I barely caught it but one of the requirements is that all TV's be tuned to Fox News?? Where can I find the story, please? Thanks in advance for your help!

a) 4-6 bottles of water for Dicky, 2 of Perrier or Calistoga if wife is there.
b) ALL lights must be turned on before arrival. (Lou: "And they tell us the importance of conserving energy.")
c) Temperature: 68 degrees(F)
d) A microwave (Lou: "Shielded for use with a pacemaker?")
