It's all about Judgment

That's what I think should be the Democrats sound bite for the '06 campaign.

Republicans in Congress have failed to investigate 10 billion dollars of missing funds in Iraq.
Republicans in Congress claim that they knew there were problems in Iraq before scrubbies last speech
but failed to act.
Republicans in Congress are now complaining that for the last three years they have felt that the scrub admin has been off track on numerous issues but failed to do anything.
Republicans in Congress did not have the oil execs sworn in during hearings over possible price gouging, but they insisted three baseball players be sworn in over the possibility of steroid use in baseball.
Republicans in Congress have held no hearings on the warrant-less wiretaps, even though many of them have said they suspect that they're illegal.
Republicans in Congress seem to think that it is crucial to investigate rumors of steroid and other performance enhancing drug use in sports. But it's not important to investigate any possible misuse of power or authority by the White House. Because...I guess performance enhancing drug use in sports affects the average American more than what goes on in the White House.
Republicans in Congress have several members that are either under indictment, are being investigated, or have gone to jail. Yet, the most they've done is force one member to give up his House Party leadership post (and reward him with an extremely powerful Committee position)
Republicans in Congress continue to cut funding for the poor and lower middle class, while trying to preserve the tax cuts for the wealthiest 1% (including everyone of them).

These are just a few of the examples. I think it's important to frame issues in such a way that non-hardcore Democrats would agree are questionable: missing money, investigations of sports, but not abuse of power, oil prices, possible influence peddling and corruption.
