his speeches are carried live on cable as well. They never MISS one of Bush's. Never.

He might still get the jaw thing going on, but he's more coherent and doesn't have to snort and honk his nose.

17. I think that's from the booze he drinks at night.
Booze and uppers would explain all the behaviors we see.

People who are doing cocaine regularly can't keep their hands away from their noses, and their noses are visibly dysfunctional.

Uppers make people grind their jaws and speak like he does - in long, rambling, self-satisfied bursts that don't always make sense.

In his morning appearances, he often seems slightly hung over, and his face shows what appears to be the excesses of drinking.

I think he's drinking at night and popping pills in the daytime.

18. Hey, now. My nose is visibly dysfunctional, and I can't keep my
hands (full of kleenex) away from it.

It's all those allergies that have plagued me for years. Probably allergic to my patients, too.
