He admoitted it to the whole world


after all, not only is saddam in the custody of the USA, he is in solitary confinment without a phone or computer.

So bush is admitting that he can not only NOT control a prisoner, but he is dumb enough to blame HIS prisoner for all of bushes problem. How sad is that?
