Feingold's Censure Call

Rep. Russ Feingold�s (D-WI) recent motion to censure President Bush for authorizing what he believes is an illegal wiretapping program will get its day before the full Senate Judiciary Committee. Chairman Arlen Specter (R-PA) will preside over a committee hearing titled "An Examination of the Call to Censure the President."

(Feingold will be calling Bruce Fein and John Dean as his witnesses.)

2. Specter would never miss a chance to preside over a televised hearing.

After all, the man sold his soul to Bush to be allowed to be Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee--and it shows!
