Also, Rush, prosperity doesn't mean GDP growth. I don't eat GDP. It's all about delivering the greatest good to the greatest number of people and that clearly has not happened. The basic goal in economics is to deliver the greatest good possible to the greatest number of people possible. That obviously has not happened.
