... like a cannibal named "Hannibal Lechter," or the old Toronto Blue Jays catcher "Pat Fletcher."

For Bush, I'd suggest "Cupid Hunt."

First mention is "President Bush" and subsequent mentions in the same story are "Mr. Bush."
