Why you can't vote for Al Sharpton in the LA primary
This is sad, because Sharpton has had IMHO the clearest and most resonant message in the primary so far. Every vote for Sharpton is a message to the democratic leadership that they can't take previously loyal voting blocks for granted.

EXCERPT:
The Rev. Raymond Brown of New Orleans, who belongs to Sharpton’s National Action Network, said the Sharpton camp sent McKeithen a check for the $1,125 filing fee on Friday morning.

McKeithen, however, said personal checks are not accepted. State law says only cash, cashier’s check, certified check or money orders can be accepted.

END EXCERPT

It gets worse from there.

1. I like Sharpton...
but any serious contender for the Presidency should have at least one person on his team who can read the fine print.
