Sex trafficking, virtually nonexistent under Saddam Hussein, has resurfaced in Iraq. TIME reports on a seldom-discussed epidemic: girls being kidnapped and sold to brothels.......

Sex trafficking is a global problem that is ignored by practically the entire world. In a country that is in virtual anarchy, it is not surprising such a practice would begin there.
