Deputy Assistant Press Secretary.................Scott McClellan
Duties include: Trying to translate what The Ass. P. Secret. is saying(see George Bush below)
Why: Scott Mclellan is not even aware that he is speaking on TV. Negligible.

Assistant Press Secretary........................George Bush
Duties Include: Petting Dog, and trying to read speeches written by the CEO P. Secret. (See Dick Cheney)
Why: Really would rather go lay on the couch and drink Beer but god wants him to destroy the world.

CEO Press Secretary..............................Dick Cheney
Duties: Receiving and Implementing all directives from Large Corporate Donors, and making a handsome profit in the process.)
Why: He's making a handsome profit of course. Duh!

Duties include: Appearing to be brilliant political consultant, and assisting George Bush in his duties.
Why: He was called Turd Blossom as a child and he wants to help George destroy the world because of it.
