only to the Commander in Chief? Does he have to do what * wants? Is this another power grab by *? Does this make * more of a dictator?

of the President. That means he can be fired without cause, essentially.

Ask Porter Goss what it means.

but Hayden being a military man - does he fall in a special category? If he decides to not do as the pResident wishes - can he be court martialed? Can he be threaten with loss of rank? loss of benefits?

Maybe Porter Goss challenged * and didn't follow through on something * wanted him to do and that's why he got canned. All that could happen to Goss is to be fired.

But a military man in the same position - can * have more leverage with a military man? That is the question I trying to ask.
