I am thinking of getting out of my Verizon cell phone contract as a protest.

1. I'm going to ask them for a copy of my privacy rights under my contract
and a copy of all my phone logs they gave to the NSA.

and I won't take no for an answer...

They have duties and responsibilities also.
If they violated a privacy clause, you should be free and clear.
