Was the Kerry campaign part of the "tens of millions"?

I believe I heard Wolf Blitzer say that the Bush administration has been doing this wiretapping... since 9/11.

Even though Bush claims they were not listening to private conversations (who believes ANYTHING they say?), they still have the incoming/outgoing phone numbers of "tens of millions" of Americans! If the John Kerry staff just happened to be (:sarcasm:) on Bush's "watch list".....then the Republicans quite possible knew of EVERY communication contact that was made by the entire Kerry campaign staff! :banghead:

No doubt, alot of that was orchestrated by Rove - no doubt. Pretty odd that no camera but a Cspan camera would show up at a presidential candidate's major speech.
