My own mother is gone, but no less loved.

To each of you, thank you.

Thank you for enduring what it took to give us life.

Thank you for being the one who loved us without reservation.

Thank you for your leonine ferocity in protecting us when we were small and helpless. And even when we were all grown, but still stupid.

Thank you for smacking us - hard - when we went astray.

Thank you for not telling Dad about .... 'that'.

Thank you for all that you do for us and always so selflessly.

I love you, Mom.

All of you.

.....my own Mom is also gone and so I miss her especially on her birthday in January and on Mother's Day.

Oh but I was so lucky to have four absolutely beautiful fantastic kids of my own. According to their Grandmama they could do no wrong ....the little devils.:rofl: Just kidding, they were great and I love them dearly.:loveya:
