An election is like driving a car
when you want to go forward you put it in D and when you want to go backward you want to put it in R.

Bill Nelson told that joke at a dinner tonight. I don't know if it is old or not, but I'd never heard it before. I guess he was in a good mood after Friday's end to the qualifying period.

Content-wise, he talked mostly about prescription drugs (this is Florida, after all), but also about privacy rights and how he is planning to respond to any Harris attack ad within 24 hours.

3. I've wondered about him too.
Is it just the absence of a spine or doesn't he know better? Still, he's infinitely (raised to an exponent greater than one) better than Cruella Harris (though, she is good for a laugh).
