Ahmadinejad's letter to Bush - not as crazy as I expected

After hearing Richard Clarke on Bill Maher's show last night point out that Bush, "...doesn't read anything that's 18 pages.", I decided to read the entire letter from Ahmadinejad to Bush. Very interesting stuff. I think they need to sit down together somewhere and talk a little bit. It will never happen, but it should. Clinton would pounce on the opportunity to go one-on-one with this guy.

I'm not going to book a Caribbean cruise with this guy any time soon, but...--if I were a high ranking member of a government which was considering a nuclear attack on the nation which sent me this correspondence, I would do a face to face with this guy.

Ahmadinejad brings up some good points -- like why is it so taboo for an Arab nation to make scientific advances? We disagree on some points, but this communication does not indicate that he is a maniac intent on world domination.

3. Really interesting!

Especially the part about Israeli intelligence types being more aware of pre-9/11 activities than our own agencies. Anyone else know anything about this?

but Google "Israeli 9/11" (or "Israeli art students 911" or "Odigo 911" or "911 Mossad" ) and lots of stuff will come up for your critical examination.

This is not an endorsement of the beliefs offered at these links. But some people in the west are wondering about this, and lots of people in the Middle East accept that Israel was involved -- whether it is true or not.

:hi:He seemed polite and reasonable to me.What is so wrong with meeting with him.I don't understand after reading the letter,what the problem is. I would think,they could use his own words,if he didn't cooperate.I know Gore or Kerry would meet with him,if that's what it took. I believe in the saying 'Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer. I would feel a whole lot safer if we had Kerry or Gore in the Whitehouse! :scared: :grouphug:
