Senate voting on two important measures
Session Amendment to construct a 370 mile fence and 500 miles of vehicle barriers along the US-Mexico border.

Then it will vote on the Vitter Amendment that denies citizenship at all to anyone who was an 'illegal.'

1. What is a vehicle barrier?
I have this picture of my neighbor's yard in my head and I don't think that is what they mean, lol.

3. Why are so many Dems voting for the fence?
What do they think it will achieve, except spending taxpayer dollars that could be used more usefully elsewhere?

4. I don't understand this vote.
I don't have the names of everyone who voted Aye, but it seems kind of useless and a waste of money to me.
