'Mkay, all you Jon Stewart-from-last-night naysayers, what say you NOW?
After he surgically struck down Mr. Ramesh Ponnunu, author of "The Party of Death?"

He was respectful, yet struck him down with surgical precision.

If only the "real" news was as accurate--and RESPECTFUL.

And, well, funny, too.

6. Jon Stewart was awesome.
As always. Long may he and Stephen Colbert reign as the kings of late-night comedy. When they're doing a better job than the so-called "real" journalists, we're in big trouble.

8. At least this Ramesh guy wasn't obnoxious like...

... your typical Repuke... He was soft-spoken and as much as I disagree with everything he said, he is certainly entitled to his opinions...

9. I get the impression Stewart actually reads the books
I know that's probably not possible, but Stewart or his staff do a good job of going through a book before they have the author on, and Stewart usually does indeed know the book better than its author does when they all get out there under the lights.

.... she ***finally*** managed to get her learner's permit, which carries with it the ever-coveted 'state-issued picture ID'. The bank will now be a slam dunk.
