1. Ya know, Fitzgerald hasn't turned this over to a public vote.
But I understand the gambling part of human nature and the desire to predict the future.

2. I think it's the same part of our brains
that forces us to watch weather reports.

It gives us the illusion that we have some kind of control over things that are clearly beyond our control.

It's also why we have kids. I think.

4. I thought kids were just a failure to preduct variability in ovulation.
But I agree that thinking we know anything about Fitzgerald's schedule is very illusory.

the pot, rumour topped with a very strong desire for the world to go back to making sense (anxiety of living in a world where everything you know and value is attacked is hellish) and some people leap and project their desire for normalcy on a car going into a garage at the Justice Department - oh it must mean...

Happened to Rather & producer when they broke their own rules and routine and went to air before the story had been vetted.

Happened after 9/11 when whispers of 'greeted with flowers' and 'only a short snappy war paid for by oil from Iraq' and 'wmd may get you' convinced many remaking the middle east by invading Iraq was where it is at - though they had never supported aggressive war before.

It happens.

Doesn't mean journalists are wrong on all of it (the guilt or the charge at some point in the future ). Just means they jumped. Normal for these times. Hard for any human to properly reality test (this happened, then this happened, then this took place) with all the acting and lies from the WH.

Americans have been running around bashing into each other for a few years. Getting it all straightened out right now. Reality is coming back into fashion.

And transparency will be a huge big love - something corporations, voters, workers, tax-payers & Democrats can all bond on.. because of these dark times.

I say don't lay a finger on George Bush. Don't you dare impeach. So all Americans will have a desire for transparency forged in their hearts like steele over the next two years! Sure undo his policies when Dems get back into power. But don't let him retire to Crawford and not be answering questions for two years to come!!

Molly is right.
