So how can Hayden talk about a "probable cause standard"
when just a short time ago he insisted there wasn't one? Just askin'.

He is one dangerous asshat s.o.b.

1. He talked about "reasonableness" today too -
whatever the hell that means. And he kept saying "I'm not a lawyer" when asked about legality. Slippery little weasel, he is.

2. Between Gonzales & Hayden the legal term is now
pattycake in the playground mud.

Let's remain "vague and ambigous" = exit strategy

3. And if they are taking the time.....
to determine if there is probable cuase why can't they go to the court to make that determination. That is the court's job and not Bush's job. And didn't Hayden say a few months ago that the Constitution did not require probable cause. THESE GUYS AND THE MEDIA ARE DAMN LIARS!

4. Because words mean nothing to them. Only brute force.
Americans need to wake up and realize that bullies don't give a fuck about diplomacy or the Constitution.

They understand brute force. They use words as a stalling tactic while they get their soldiers position.

5. It's made-up gobbledygunk to try to confuse. Ignore the gobbledygunk focus
on the facts and make a sidenote that he is using weasel words to confuse.
