George Lincoln Rockwell - just thinking how at home he would feel
in today's Republican party.
Also a young George Corley Wallace. Wallace realized the error of his ways after he was shot and actually embraced true liberal values before he died, IIRC. But as Governor of Alabama he would have been a good fit.
thoughts that crossed my mind as I listened to Ann Coulter for @ 2 minutes. I thought - gee I remember rhetoric like that from my 1950s youth. And then I remembered who it was.

Shot in 1967, by one of this own. No surprise there.

Back then, he was treated like the lunatic that he was. Now, the MSM would treat him with great respect and deference.
