Given that the cited article states that Washington, DC has a more educated population than any of the 50 states; I'm not sure exactly what this really demonstrates. Smarter people vote Democratic? Maybe. Maybe city people vote Democratic; and it seems to me that a college degree is more useful to a city resident that a rural resident. I wonder how the red/blue map breaks down along lines of percentage of state population that lives in cities versus rural areas.

If the dems want to win, they're going to have to reach rural voters too. And I don't think we'll reach them by telling them to follow us because we're college educated.

8. I was educated in PA
well before I moved out to Ohio . . . I'm fucking up the average . . . raising the average IQ in both . . .

Raising PA's by leaving because I was dragging it down;

Raising OH's by moving there by bringing it up . . .
