Did we ever find out what RW nut case took a pot-shot at the judge

in Nevada yesterday? I noticed that the press has dropped that story like a hot potato.

I just happen to think about it because I was watching Debbie Wasserman-Schultz on the house floor talking about how we have basically become a dictatorship here and it reminded me how republicans have had to resort to threating the judiciary to get them to come under their wing. But wouldn't you know it that those damn liberal judges still keep resisting.

1. Yes.

In custody. He killed his wife too. She divorced him because he kept pressuring her into swinging with him and she didn't want to. (This based on a verbal report of a usenet posting, so it is not definitively reliable.)

But the wretch seems to have murdered his former wife earlier in the day, and his action seems to be rooted in ire over divorce and custody proceedings. He may well be a right-wing lunatic, but this is probably a personal rather than a political event.

Police said Thursday that solid leads have run dry about Mack's whereabouts. A corporate credit card available to Mack was used at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Sacramento International Airport. Police have asked the FBI for technical assistance in helping clear up grainy surveillance video to determine if the user of the card had indeed been Mack.
