Duh, I missed the Bush thing with the blind reporter. Can someone

fill me in. I am embarrassed to say I didn't watch that press conference (mostly, his make me depressed).

Bush* makes fun of sunglasses and tells reporter to take them off and tells the audience it's not even sunny. Reporter responds to a Bush* question re: sunglasses with "it's about...perspective." Reporter was too classy (or maybe afraid of being disappeared to Gitmo) to tell Bush* that reporter is legally blind. Stupid press corps goes along with Bush* humiliating the reporter and the USA by laughing nervously. Bush* is later told about his blunder and allegedly called the reporter to apologize. (God knows how he further humiliated the poor reporter.)

That fits in with what I read in * on the Couch. Namely, that our "President" is a sadist. He makes fun of people like this - has been for a long, long time.
