9. Reid has asked for Lieberman to be given 10 minutes of Warner's time.

Reid said Lieberman had been waiting all day to speak. And Byrd wants to speak. Now he's speaking.

Byrd has an amendment that he would like to speak on--has requested thirty minutes. What it is about--I have no clue!
