bush looks like he is tilting slightly to his left, not looking up directly at the woman who is speaking to him ... he seems to have the drunken out of his mind stance of an enhibriated man.

4. a shrink on Mistress Randi's show said he was Manic Depressive and he had
noticed Bu$h being heavily medicated.. he said he needs to be medicated.

8. Heavy medication in lieu of anger management...
...I don't know how many of the stories about him bullying and intimidating White House staffers are true, but I'm sure some of them are. It's not too much of a stretch of the imagination to picture him yelling and throwing things and stamping his little feet because he didn't get his way.

The ultimate analysis has to be the book "Bush On The Couch"...highly recommended reading for one and all.
