5. And poor Pickles was obviously instructed to wear flats.
Why is the concept of "suit" so difficult for him to grasp?
I've read he has hissyfits if anybody in a White House meeting takes off his jacket or loosens his tie, so what's with * always running around in mis-matched coat and trousers???
