The girl killed in Iraq by our troops was 14 years old and guess what it
says so right on the death certificate. So I'm to believe that our MSM couldn't get ahold of this death certificate. Was that fucking classified? For days these lazy asshole could not figure out how old this little girl was and it is shameful. Its shameful that our own troops did this and its shameful that our kiss ass media couldn't ferret out the truth sooner.

1. they can't bring themselves to admit that America isn't all great
and powerful. They try to soften every bad story about the truth when it comes to corruption and lies. Why do they follow their government blindly? Why?

2. I don't know why, but I am so sick of these idiots. We have lower the
standards to such a degree I don't think this country can actually ever have a truly independent media again. These men, women and their bosses SUCK to high heaven.

6. They also murdered her 7-year old sister
If this had happened in the US, there would be a lynch mob outside the jailhouse demanding justice!

7. You really think so??
I doubt it. Where was the outrage after Katrina. I think it would only come to this if it were some rich debutante.:sarcasm:

10. This incident is MUCH bigger than most of us seem to think
I try not to make big, sweeping predictions of this sort because history is fickle and it's very hard to see where things are going. Having said that, though, I think that history will remember this as one of the salient issues of the whole conflict.

This will inflame Muslims far and wide and show us to be murderous, sex-deranged monsters bent on world domination. Just as the Muslim world is more neurotic and puritanical about sex, the outrage against rape is correspondingly greater than it is in the cosmopolitan west. Add in the primitive attitude toward women as being property, and this is also a version of thievery in their minds, and a shame to their culture that must be avenged. We will be depicted (rightly, actually) as trying to sweep it under the rug, and this makes us look callous, calculating, dishonest and downright fiendish.

Couple this with the increased sectarian violence, and the whole place could devolve into a completely dysfunctional free-fire zone.

It's all our fault, too: we really do suck.

12. Some have stated that the age didn't matter.
It does matter because the rape and murder of a 14 year old and the murder of her 7 year old sister
is more hineous than if these females were at least 18. Yes, the rape and murder of this girl, her sister and her mother and father
is, of course, horrible but the ages of the girls makes it even more so. Maybe the ages were not reported correctly due to incompetence of reporting &/or investigators or maybe it was puposely to soften the horrific nature of this crime.
