we won't be "friends" anymore because america is backing israel?

when the pentagon decided to end it's love affair with halliburton did that signal that rummy & cheney were having a lover's spat? and how will this effect the amount of payola cheney receives from halliburton?

1. Lebanon is NOT Hezbollah. Just like Palestine is NOT...

...Islamic Jihad and the United States is NOT NeoCons. Having said that, though, it really depends not on what the monies were intended for but how they are actually used that makes a difference. Oft times, monies intended for peaceful or civilian uses are siphoned off for military uses if there is enough corruption in whatever particular government receives it.

Sadly, the same thing goes for food aid. In some African countries, for instance, food aid meant for innocent civilians is siphoned off or hijacked entirely by military warlords.

It's not a rule but it's something that the always requires looking into post-donation.
