Perhaps..... If we had expended the resources needed to
capture and prosecute Osma, we wouldn't now be worrying so much about Islamic Fascism....

BTW, they don't hate us for our freedom....

They hate us for what the capitalist have done to their country....

2. Thank you for this moment of sanity and clarity.
It's all too easy to get swayed from what's most important these days. We need to cut to the bone and fix the problem from within, instead of through Band-Aid external patches, which only compound the problem.

I hate it when they say, "They hate us for our freedom". They just want(ed) us off of their land. Osama said as much way before 9/11. If we would have just quit messing around over there and paid more attention to our own problems here and took care of our own (several hundred billion pays for a whole lot of medical insurance and prescriptions etc...). 5 years ago I stated Bush is gonna try to bankrupt our own country and privatize everything, boy was I right.
