Is there such a party as Independent Democrats
I was watching Lieberman being interviewed on the News Hour last night (we get it 24hrs later in Australia) and he corrected the interviewer by saying that he was not going as an independent, but as a democratic independent. Is that a legitimate party, or one that he just made up. Or, is it another name for "The Sore Losers Party"?

5. His party is "Connecticut for Lieberman."
He's just calling himself an "Independent Democrat" in interviews and speeches to try to get Democratic votes.
