What did Rove say about how the Repugs were going to politic for the Nov '06 elections? Did it have something to do with security? Was it something about how we're safer with the Repugs than with the Dems? Was Lieberman's loss to Lamont and todays terror plot foiling the start of their campaign?

I'm wondering if they decided to base that particular strategy on
'information received but we ain't gonna let anyone else know about it till we're damned good and ready'...
seeing as how the Brits have known about this plot for quite some time and this isn't just a last minute OMFG terraist plot foiled.
The timing is just too...well...convenient.
I'm wondering how it would have been spun had Lieberman lost won the Connecticut primary...
